Somos en escrito Magazine will launch a new look on Wednesday, April 17th, so you, our readers will have great writing at your fingertips.
We’re making it easier to select your favorite form of writing, from fiction to extra-fiction, from poetry to children's and youth literature. For the launch, we will feature a new short story by one of our finest Chicana authors and essayists, Rosa Martha Villarreal, and an art exhibit by Texas artist and public sculptor, Martha Sanchez.
We’ve added some new Categories, too: a Podcast we call “Somos en el aire,” a new Academia section with scholarly works you might not otherwise have access to, Interviews of authors and artists, and an expanded Authors’ list.
A few lucky readers will earn a special prize for joining our newsletter and being in on the launch of the new site.
